Batch renaming: starting from #1

I'm wondering if I missing something obvious, but when I batch rename the images in the capture folder, I cannot start with the number 1. More specifically, I usually use a 3 digit format, so I would like them to start with 001. C1 will pick some seemingly random number like 463, and number sequentially from there. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  In the Batch Renaming tool, go to the triangle at the right in the tool's bar, select Reset Rename Counter.
