9/3/Sierra full screen problem
I am experiencing an issue with 9.3 in Sierra when using fullscreen mode.
As soon as I make a couple of adjustments while in fullscreen (like adjusting curves) the top toolbar appears. This does not fade out like the left bar does when my mouse hovers over a different part of the screen. From this point on I cannot advance to the next image using the arrow keys or exit fullscreen mode using the ESC key. All I can do is exit it using the mouse.

Anyone here have had this issue before and know a fix? I am talking to support but thus far neither resetting workspaces to default nor deleting and reinstalling CO 9.3 have helped.
