Smart Album Where "geotagged is true" Finds Nothing

I have setup a smart Album where "geotagged" "is true". However although there are a few hundred images that are geotagged in my catalog it displays "No Images in Collection". What am I doing wrong?

  You not doing anything wrong it is a bug and it has been there for more then a year
  and they haven't dont anything with it yet
  i raised a support case a year ago, so it must not be on "To Do List"

  Looks like a valid bug. And it also partially because some vendors (Nikon) implemented geotags quite different then others.
  But stil need to be addressed.
