Aperture migration
Hi all,
Does anyone know how the Aperture Migration feature works for images that are already in CO? I migrated some time ago, but still have a lot of images that are still managed and edited in Aperture. A few thousands of these reside in both catalogues, referencing the same master NEF-file.
Will CO create duplicate entries, duplicate the masters, or make new versions for images that are already in the CO catalogue?
Cheers,
Andreas

it migrates the RAW files, will not duplicate anything and if I am not mistaken (I did import my catalog from Aperture) will import the Metadata that you wrote into the file. It will not import the PP you did.
I have the reference to the same files in the same location, this way I can open the same file in both programs without any issue, unfortunately the PP information cannot be share.0
