    Either your password is incorrect, or you have activated Capture one with another user account in the past.

    Well as stated the password cannot possibly be incorrect. I store it electronically and copy/pasted it, and re-typed it manually, several times each, and it has worked twice in the last two days.

    I'm not sure what you mean by 'another account'. If you're checking my forum email, yes, it's different from the one I use for activations.

    I would suggest raising a support case and have people with access to the activation system assess what is going an and advise how to resolve it. Easier and better then guessing ... unless you have a weekend with an empty diary and need to fill it! 😉

    Don't need to log in to open a support case.
    I used it to report my log in not working several times over the years.
