    However, with ealier similar comparisons they did not...

    Yes, as Roelof just said - excellent work.
    It also confirms why I only use MP for my photos. I gave up on pdf's etc long ago.

    For me it remains miraculously, that (and why) newer rendering-machines work so defectively. In earlier times, if you would have seen such a tremendous amount of importing errors, you would have been just before a heart attack, assuming your files were corrupted. Today, this important beside-tool to look at filesanity has gone (not mentioning the extra-work). We really have to control step by step the basics of a DAM-software? Every day? I can't figure out a proper and professional way of working in this manner.

    And yes, Jim, your pdf-conclusio is mine too. With x64 I had to learn, that pdf seems to be a so completely exotic, brand-new, top secret, freaky fileformat, that even the inventor has his difficulties to 'handle' with it.

    Given that, I expect nonetheless, that DAM-software called "Media" could give me some functionality in this regard. Holy simplicity.
