3.74 is hanging when tethered
I have recently experienced this trouble on my Mac g5. I am shooting tethered with a Canon 1ds m2 and when I shoot the progress bar hangs, sometimes it takes 8 seconds sometimes it takes 1 minute for the image to come in. This is the weird part, if I click on the Capture one logo at the top then the progress goes on fine. But the program is really slow now. I try to crop and slow to not at all. I recently upgraded to the most recent software. I am running 2 computers both G5 but the other one is fine but is still running the previous version of C1. Thanks for any help. Chris

Well now C1 crashes on start up, I am trying to get the tech guy in here,I don't know whether to put the older version back. My other Mac is having no problems with the old software. Do the guys at Pase One read these? 0 -
Hello
Ofcourse we read in here.. even though it is a user to user forum and not a Phase One to user forum.
If you need direct support go to http://support.phaseone.com and create a support case with Phase One.
Right now I think you have stuff in the processing queue which is causing issues.
Try holding down left Shift while launching application.
One it is up go to the batch tool, clean out anything in the queue. and check the box "enable queue" and start working again.0
