Processing Black images

I have just came back from a wedding and am processing images. Of 125 images processed only 16 processed with an image. The rest are completely black.

Please help me in figuring out what went wrong. I know I can reprocess the images, which is what I plan to do in the meatime, but this is time consuming.

  This may need to be a Support Case, but lets try this.
  
  Where are images located? Were they moved from CF card directly to hard drive?
  What camera?
  Did you use arbitrary rotation? Any Rotation?
  Did you Crop the images that did not process correctly?
  If so, if you remove crop and process 100% what happens.

  Thanks for the response. I think I've figured out why this happens.
  
  I begin to batch process images and then before processing is finished I move them to a folder I create called \"Working Captures\". I have reprocessed the images and everything has worked out fine. I hope this really is the answer.
