Question about 64bit version

I am currently using CO 5 Pro on a laptop using 32bit windows. I plan to upgrade my desktop and install Win7 64bit. Will I still be able to use on both laptop and desktop - one at 32bit and one at 64bit or will I have to pick? Also in the video there was mention of moving some of the processes to the graphics card to increase speed. Will this work with all cards? Is there a card you could recomend (Used for development) and will this work on a laptop?

  Yes, the separate versions are just necessary for the hardware limitations.

  Yes, any graphic card can work here... however the 64 Bit version is necessary.

  Drew, the article you refer to gives me another impression. In the Windows driver section it says:
  

  In case you have a 32bit system use the 32bit versions of the drivers above

  
  There is a 32-bit limitation regarding the Mac, according to the same article.
