Graphics Card for Mac Pro Early 2009?

Hi
I need to upgrade the graphics Card for my Mac Pro Early 2009 Model.

Below is the current Hardware/ Graphics Overview
Model Name: Mac Pro
Model Identifier: MacPro4,1
Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Processor Speed: 2.26 GHz
Number of Processors: 2
Total Number of Cores: 8

Graphics
Chipset Model: NVIDIA GeForce GT 120

Could someone please recommend a new Graphics Card I can use to run Capture One 8 on my trusty Mac Pro.

Current NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 works BUT it is slowwww

  I am sure other people will chime in, I have the same a 4.1 2009 Mac Pro but with single processor. I purchased a refurb EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 2gig for about $160 at NewEgg. It is a PC card so you have to use Mavericks or later. Also you loose the gray screen when booting, it is just black until the desktop appears, but it works great and am processing 5DMK2 files in about 3 seconds and P45 files in about 5 seconds in Capture one Pro 8. Also it does not have mini display port but has regular display port and DVI dual link. I had read about other people using this particular card successfully and it was inexpensive, I don't know if there are better cards, but this has been working trouble free. Way faster then the GT100.
  I am using Mavericks, if you google about this there is a lot of info.
