How long does Phase One support need to reply?
I opened a support case regarding my import problems.
That was three days ago.
I have not heard anything from support.
How long do these guys usually take to reply? I mean, three days of doing nothing over such a key problem is too long.

Have you checked the status from the web site? Have you checked your spam mailbox for a reply? They usually respond within a few hours on working days. 0 -

I don't know how to check the status.
No, there's nothing in my junk mail folder (by the way: I receive all the Phase One solicitations, so I should receive their support mail).
It's been five days now, still no reply.
(I alread had one support case months ago, and I received the mail)
I guess the support department doesn't know what to do in this case. It's really a mess. I can only import, if I have one day's shoot on one particular card. If there are photos from another shoot, it gets all messed up.
Still can't get the Canon Photo downloader to start up. CO is suppressing it.0 -
To check the status of your support case, login onto the support site, like when you opened the case. On the page you create a case, there is a button below left 'My Cases'.
Another option is to explain your problem here. From what you just posted, it seems OS X is messing things up when you state that 'CO is suppressing Canon Photo downloader'. Hmmm. Close CO if you want to import with other software. If CO is starting when connecting the card, go to preferences of the Image Capture program and remove CO from the start option.0
