where's the fine-tune straighten tool?

I currently use C1 v3 and just now started a trial of v4. I can't seem to find an analogous tool for the "fine-tune" straighten tool that I use all the time in v3. I'm not sure if I have the right name for it, but when you double click on the straighten tool in v3, you get a little window that allows you to control the rotation by degrees using the arrow keys. I find this tool very useful, and am wondering if a version of this tool is available in v4?

  It's in the crop window panel on the left side of the screen.

  Not with keyboard arrows as far as I know but you might want to try the mouse-wheel. No kiddin'. Place the mouse pointer anywhere on the slider (any slider) and move the mouse-wheel.
