Thumbs disappearing in 5.1.1

    Does the behavior remain if you downgrade to 5.1?

    I had and described a similar behavior - the thumbs disapared after I rotated images (that is my first edit on them so maybe other edits would have done the same) and also the .cop file disappeared.

    I downgraded to 5.1 and the problem went away. I re-upgraded to 5.1.1 and I haven't had the problem again.

    I had it in 5.1 as well. I didn't figure why it happens, but once the application is restarted the thumbnails are regenerated.

    I am experiencing this too, very annoying! Did not happen with the previous version.

    PC configuration is Win7 64bit, Intel i7-920, Asus P6T SE motherboard, 12GB RAM.

    Hope this bug is corrected ASAP.

    Yep, me too I'm afraid. Re-starting C1 or re-opening the folder solves it (until it happens again...)

    If your problem persists or reoccurs, please open a support case with Phase One so they can get it on their to do list or walk you through a workaround (if available).

    To add to Paul's post above, please include a System Information file as well as the details of your Color Profiling workflow (proof profile and Default Monitor Profile).

    You really should not push all the work to your users. Why is there no button in your software to collect debugging information? I suppose most of us here find it rather frustrating to get the ball back with a lot of tasks connected.

    Just my 2 cents.
