    Hi,

    Since I've had no replies on this thread, I decided to submit a ticket to Phase One support directly and also got no reply.

    Does Phase One have a support team, if, so, its seems pretty thin on the ground, which is a real shame in light of a great product.

    I've also found a couple of bugs and will hopefully forward them on, but I don't really like spending my time filling in support tickets to go unanswered.

    Ending on a more postive note, i've since created my own set of profiles for the Ricoh GRD II and they work superbly.

    Hi John,
    To set your expectations in perspective, this is a users forum in which other users may reply to your posts. Occasionally, Phase One support staff also responds.

    Regarding new raw file support in future release, it is best to submit a feature request which is the same as the support case you already created. I think it also makes sense to reports any bugs you find in a support case. Both will be forwarded to their R&D department.

    I did read the posting rules!

    My original question was equally a user to user issue (making profiles with C1-4), and I didn't expect someone to reply regarding Ricoh DNG support.

    Hence:

    a) my initial request in post 1 regarding pointers for profile creation
    b) my 2nd post regarding no reply from support, so where else does one turn?
