Register on every launch of C1 9
I've downloaded version 9 and - having a subscription licence - registered. But on the next launch I have to register again. And a third time...
Is this punishment for using Lightroom the past few months or some other obvious fault on my part?

This may or may not be related to the above but when I do have the app running I can't open my library as its in use by me. According to the dialog alert.
Now where am I messing up...
Oh, and it seems I have the same error opening in C1 v 8 as well.0
