Media Pro 1 Licensing Questions

Some questions about the licensing model for Media Pro 1:

iView Media Pro:

Single license code covered both Windows & Mac versions.

Could be installed on multiple machines (for the one user). One version detected multiple simultaneous launching via the network and unceremoniously terminated without saving - disastrous if a forgotten instance was running on a sleeping machine which was woken up.

Expression Media (Microsoft):

Purchase included both Windows & Mac licence codes.

Could be installed on multiple machines (for the one user).

Expression Media (Phase One):

Windows & Mac licence codes sold separately?
(I can't remember, I was eligible for free upgrades.)

Could be installed on multiple machines (for the one user).

Media Pro 1 (Phase One):

Does one upgrade purchase cover both Windows & Mac licence codes, or do I have to purchase two upgrades?

Can it be installed on multiple machines (for the one user), do I need a separate licence code for each machine in my workflow (my dedicated scanner computer, my desktop, my dual-boot laptop)? The cost could become prohibitive for a non-commercial user. One would hope it is not quite as restrictive as Capture One, which allows only 2 activations.

I couldn't see anything on the Phase One site clarifying the situation re Media Pro 1.
