output folder issue
I have an activation code, password and pincode. On September 26, 09 I downloaded my Capture One software. When I attempt to use it it keeps posting the following.
The session "Capture One" could not be saved.
Saving will be disabled for this session until Capture One is relaunched.
We strongly recommend that you quit and relaunch Capture One as soon as possible.
Does this mean I should deactivate my software and then reactivate? I have quit it and reopened yet it did nothing.
Thanks

The issue does not sound like an activation issue at all to me. The session "Capture One" is in your Pictures > Capture One Library folder. I suggest to close CO4, delete the CaptureOne.col45 file and reopen CO4. The *.col45 file is the session file and I suspect it has become corrupt. CO4 will create a new one on starting. 0
