installation and preferences

I just installed Capture One Pro v 3.7.6 and the preferences panel won't open.

repairing permission might help... Also, 3.7.7 is the latest version

I see you already have created a support case ( good !! ) and
Supporter gave you instructions on trashing the preferences.
Current version is 3.7.7 which is compatible with OS 10.3.9 and up.

If you have installed current version and have supported OS, then you will need to Trash the Preference file to build anew.
This will revert the program to Install state:
Close Program
Throw away the application preference file called com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist located at ~/Library/Preferences
Relaunch and new file will build
Hopefully that helped thesituation

If this does not work- keep working in the case with the Supporter.
