Trouble Batch Processing

I selected the first image in the browser, then while holding (Shift), selected the last image on the browser. I pushed the process button and the only image that would process is the first image. All the rest are highlighted with white boxes but only the first will process.
I'm running Vista 64 on an Intel i7 machine.
Also renumbering my CR-2 images was faster on 3.7.7
Other than that, I like 4 Pro it is so fast at bringing my images up and generating previews that I will upgrade one of our other workstations to run it.

Any solutions, greatly appreciated!

  First you can improve on selecting all with Ctrl+A. Now for the main question; switch off Edit Primary Only toggle either in the button bar or the Edit menu before you hit the process command.

  Thanks Paul, It's going to take a bit of getting use to. This is the first time I have openen 4Pro.
