Unable to create support case
Despite being a Capture One user since version 3.7 I am shown has having no registered software so I cannot create a support case. When I look at My Account it shows all of my product keys, my activations, and all of my invoices where I purchased the various versions. I can even see my old support cases, but when I go to Product Registration it says I have no registered products, which means I am not permitted to fill out the Support Case form.
