Can't tether Sony A7sii or recognise RAW files
So I have Capture One Pro 10.1 which I have always used with Canon and Phase One cameras. I've just bought a Sony A7sii and I just wanted to check the files. The camera is recognised when tethered and it's saying I can't import the RAW files.
Do I have to buy the separate programme for Sony? Surely as I have Pro the camera will be supported?
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

You certainly don't have to obtain the Sony version of the app. The full version covers all supported cameras (including Sony models) but the Sony version only covers Sony cameras. The camera is listed as supported in the list here
- you need to click in the drop-down to see the Sony list rather than the Phase One list. It has a Yes* against it for both tethering and Live View, but I can't see anything that says what a * means in this list. So it should work.
You possibly can't import the raw files into Capture One from the memory card by connecting the camera by cable. (It only works on some camera makes and models, I think. For others, connecting with a cable is interpreted by Capture One as meaning that you want to do tethered capture.) Can you import and process the raw files from the memory card with a card reader? (Or you could connect with a cable and move the files onto a folder on your computer and then import to Capture One from there.)
