RAW workflow: 5 stars applying to jpgs

I shoot with a Leaf Aptus 75s back, which creates .MOS files.

BEFORE I edit, I process everything out into jpgs and dngs.

When I edit in C1, I edit the .MOS files, so that I can make adjustments. Is there a way that I can star an .MOS file and have that star apply to and appear on my corresponding jpgs when I open that folder in C1?
