Any Idea on when support for this camera might be added?

  Questions like this would be better addressed to Phase One Support in a Support Case as appose to your fellow users. At present I can see that we have it on our list of requested features but can't say when it will be implemented.

  you do not need to wait for P1 to support E-PL1 officially :
  
  exiftool(-k).exe -m -q -q -model="E-P2" {your E-PL1 .ORF file name or "*.ORF" to process all}
  
  and then C1 will process E-PL1 raw files as E-P2 - there are no meaningful differences...
  
  just download an example of E-PL1 raw file with ColorChecker and ColorChecker SG included and try it yourself - http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/E ... WB.ORF.HTM
