How to stop a running process??

    You should see a Stop and Start button at the bottom of the batch queue screen.

    Check the Help files for the official documentation.

    Glad you got that sorted out.

    I looked at the search results provided by a "typical" search string and decided there might be more appearing than would be useful ...

    However diving in to the relevant chapter of the of the User Guide I was able to find the required section. It was not obvious where it would be from the top level index but being somewhat familiar with the Guide's style I could work out where to look.

    Of course I should have known the answer ... but I can't remember ever stopping a batch before. I probably have stopped one. If not there are probably several that I should have stopped! But it was not something with which I was familiar enough to just describe without looking it up for certainty!

    As the batch runs as a separate process you could stop it via Windows but I have no idea what the effect might be within the status information maintained by C1. Not great I would guess but, if it became a desperate need for some reason, there is the possibility.
