soft proofing
Hi all,
My workflow for printing is to make a virtual copy of a photo, adjust it for printing and then print it. All very simple. However, when I come to soft proofing, I have a problem. I set the original file as the compare variant and the virtual copy as the file I want to work on. All ok so far, both images are shown on the screen. However, when I click the soft proof icon (the spectacles), BOTH images switch to proof mode.
Is there a way that I can see the original image without proofing and the virtual copy with soft proofing at the same time so that I can work on the virtual copy to make it look like the original?
