C1P not scaling print output

Which version of C1 11 are you using? There was a printing bug that was fixed in version 11.1.

If you're on 11.1, have you tried verifying all of the print settings? For me, C1's print "dialog" is one of the least intuitive I've ever seen. I sometimes have to "set" the same things a couple of times in order to get it to print as I want it to. For your problem, the most obvious thing I can think of is to ensure that you are appropriately unchecking/checking the box to auto scale the image. Also be sure that both the cell size and borders are set correctly. I still haven't figured out how C1 treats those two variables, as I get different results from the same border and cell sizes and can't figure out why. The key for me is to look at the print preview box.

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for your suggestions. Im using 11.1 and raised it with support. Seems there is a known bug causing this. Sometimes reseting the border settings (set from an earlier print session) or selecting/deselecting the autoscale solves it, sometimes not. Very frustrating.

I too find the whole print process confusing in C1P with various options unexpectedly interacting.
