P30 with Windows 7

I'm looking to connet a P30 to windows 7 but the computer will not recognise the camera. The back is showing that it is connected to tthe computer but capture is not showing the camera.

I'm using capture 5.2

Any ideas why this maybe happening?

If you have 4 GB or more RAM, the Windows firewire driver may be the culprit. Read and download:

Is your problem solved by using the fix. Can you tell me how. It does not work for me.
