can't reconnect D4 camera

Even though CO 8 shows No Camera Connected, when I plug the camera back in, nothing happens. BTW when I first plugged in the camera, everything worked fine.

  Maybe Windows is hijacking the connection to the camera?

  So how do I find out if that's the case? How do I fix it if that is the problem?

  Close Capture One. Connect camera, power up camera. Does the camera show up in Windows Explorer?
