open session?

On the videos on the phase one site, he double clicks on the col 45 and the session opens.
I have Windows XP and when I double click., my session opens in a new window, but only to the desktop and I have to navigate in the library to the folder with the raws. What am I doing wrong?
I am always hoping to save a few clicks!

  Ellen,
  I believe the support case you created this but if you want to save time, simply save important folders as Session Favorites. That way they are always on hand.
