5DmkII Profile success?
Can I perhaps get some feedback on the v4.6 profile success for the 5DmkII. I need to upgrade my OSx to be able to run it, and I just wanted to find out how good you feel it is right now?
If it still needs to go through a lot of tweaking to get acurate results, I may need to look elsewhere in the interim, until a decent profile is working.

Short answer: 5D Mk II support is mind blowing good!
Bit longer: I went through DPP and CS4 /w ACR 5.2 past few weeks. I was disappointed with the results to a level that I already planned to sell the camera again (I am used to work with Leica M8 and Capture One 4). This all changed from the first 5D Mk II image opened in CO 4.6. Preview was already very promising. Processed result very awarding. Need I say more?0 -

Best canon profile i ever saw on C1.
I had to edit / buy better profiles for some cameras - but so far it seems i dont need to.
I did have a shoot with a P45+ and a 5DII the same time .. and the raws almost look the same.
Well done Phase One.
Tethered shooting still does not work - but hopefully will be quite soon.0 -

I ended up upgrading to osx10.5 to get this upgrade... and yes... it is brilliant. I had the same run of testing going on with DPP, Lightroom, DNG converter, ACR and Aperture... and not really happy with any. This one is actually bloody close to true colours...
Happy as a clam... now need more hardware (RAM and DISK SPACE... those 16bit tiffs really eat the gb's!)0
