Is it possible to apply two watermarks?
Is this possible in capture one? I'm doing work for a client and they want a watermark in each lower corner of the photo. Graphic in one corner, their name in the other.
But I can only figure out how to do one watermark. I can't combine them together because then the size will be wrong when I go between landscape and portrait photos?
Right now I'm using an old version of Photoshop to apply them, but I'd really like to be able to have this be automated in Capture One in an export recipe.
Have I missed an obvious solution?

No. Nothing missed.
Except, maybe, create the 2 elements in a single watermark but have 2 (or more) versions of it to suit requirements.

No you can't apply 2 watermark elements in Capture One. I have been asking for this feature since V7 when I started using CO. I've been asking for a logo and file name feature to be added to the same file since then. If you want to do this you'll have to use an external program such as Faststone or Irfan View. I have had to do for years, but recently, I discovered, Exposure X4 and it has a nice watermark tool if you want to look at that.
Hope this helps.
