Deselecting Crop

Ok, this should be simple, I'm trying to deselect a crop selection that was made during live capture, why can I not simply click outside of the crop and get the full image back, could have sworn that's how I did it prior to v.10

  I've always done it by resetting the Crop tool (click on the Reset arrow in the tool's bar). Never tried it the way you describe.

  What do you mean by "During Live Capture"?
  
  A crop that is applied as part of Lens correction activity?
