    Repairing permissions and/or an uninstall and reinstall of the software might help.

    Did you save the software in the Applications folder ?
    Did you try to reinstall it ? Did you try a clean (re)install ?
    If you still have troubles, the best way is to open a case at Phase One.

    EDIT: I only use sessions. May be in your system are the catalogues in this folder!

    Hi, there was some other trouble in my system 11 > 12. I stopped C1 and deleted all folders in the main folder Capure One in the hidden library. Most things work then. lars
