C1 issue with highlights /neons edges

Well I am having an issue with the highlights in photographs. Not every instance shows this problem. I have included an image of what looks like aliasing on the rail of a cropped photo. This photo had 0 noise reduction , 0 sharpening done in c1. USM was applied 200 / .3 /0. You can imagine how bad this looks on enlarged prints. I am currently in trial mode.

ACR meaning adobe camera raw of course..

update: I noticed this does not occur if i output to TIFF

  It might be that you have selected JPEG medium or low, instead of JPEG HIgh, since there is no problem with TIFF files.

  high was selected unless there's some other setting.

  You could make a support case with Phase One support, and include a raw image.
