Adding Library tool crashes CO9.

Hello, one of my catalogs is missing the 'library' tool in the left pane. No worries, just right click and add it...however every time I do that, it's crashing CO9.

I can't import more photos to the catalog, can't look at photos in the catalog, etc...any suggestions for how to get this tool back? Is this a known issue? I reported it through the crash reporter, but don't know if I'll hear anything.

  Update to 9.1.1.

  That worked! (took a while, and went to 9.1.2, had a few other things going on and couldn't get back to that catalog)
