Using ratings for file management
Just wondering why the 'select by rating' item under 'edit' has disappeared in v.7?
I currently (v6) do my file selection with a simple keyboard routine (right hand number section on an extended keyboard) with the cursor keys and '1' to rate favourites, then use to 'select by rating' to very quickly select my selection & then send them to the selects folder. I can't for the life of me find a way to do this now without resorting to 'sort by rating' which I then have to manually select my rated images in the thumbnail area which is a royal pain in comparison to the old way.
Wondering if this menu item just fell through the cracks or maybe there's a wonderful new way of doing what I already do with even less effort? Sorry, but this is a big part of what I do in C1 every day & can't see the logic behind removing it...at the moment.

just found customisable filters under Session Albums, which does the job & I guess is why it's been removed from the Edit dropdown, but now means I have to change tabs from my customised quick menu to the folder tab to get access to the option, which I don't enjoy.
Now, if I could enable the Session Albums Filters in my quick menu, I'd be happy as anything...
More customisation please?0
