D2X tethered shooting - Thank you Ulf

I have long wanted tethering for my D2X and had to buy Nikon's software just for that but still had to jump over hoops using hot folders. Now after reading about the workaround, I did the simple task of copy the modul over and gets support in C1 pro. I have thank Ulf for pointing it out in another thread.
