v9.2.1 messing up again!
Hi,
Working on Mac (Yosemite) in session mode and recently upgraded from v9.0.2 to v9.2.1.
Earlier this week, v9.2.1 deleted all my layer masks. Now, after navigating between my Capture and Selects folders, I've found all my edits (curves, crops, levels, colour etc.), that have been made since the upgrade, gone 🤓 .
Luckily I have a back-up and am only working on a personal project at the moment, but it's a bit of worry knowing that any innocuous action can cause all your edits to disappear.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
I've contacted technical support, so will see what they say.
Thanks,
Stephen

UPDATE:
Capture One now seems to be deleting all my adjustments when I'm opening my backups. Backups which I know were made before I first encountered this problem.
I hope nobody else has encountered this. But if you do, make sure you don't open the session directly from the backup - make a copy first and open that. Thankfully I did, so my backup should still be intact, I just can't manage to open a session without adjustments being deleted.
Thanks,

When working in session all of the adjustments are held in separate files in a folder associated with original images.
All edits are held in one file and masks in another.
Are you saying that somehow these files are being deleted form you system?
Or is that when you open an image Capture One does not seem to be seeing the files?
Is there any possibility that the images or the edit files have been moved from their related locations to somewhere they are no longer related and that the Session database is unaware of the movement and separation?
(Of course there could be some completely different explanation but based on your description this is the first question that comes to mind.)
