Which software seems to be safe to work with ?

I use P1 H20 tethered to a PB G4Ti (will change to new PB G4 soon).
I read a lot about people having difficulties to use 3.6.1 with PB laptops.
Which software should I use to be sure to be able to deliver images to my clients?? (As for now I shoot with 3.1.2 and develop in 3.5.?) ❓

I am really concerned...

  If you do not need the support for DSLR cameras use Capture One DB - in the newest version (currently 3.6.1)
  
  DB is free of charge for Camera Back owners and there are lifetime free upgrades, but do not support DSLR cameras.
