Capture One, current version, add DNG converter?

Since no one really knows when Capture One 4.0 will be out (which, I understand, will have a DNG converter), I am wondering if Phase One could add a DNG converter to their current version of Capture One as a minor upgrade. That would allow plus back users to use ACR or Lightroom with their files if they wish. Currently, we have no choice but to use Capture One, which is outdated.

Please, Phase, consider this asap. it will be two more months (at least) before Plus files are supported by Adobe, no one seems to know when Capture One 4.0 will be out. Thanks, Eleanor

  DNG converter would be cool I agree but I don't know if you can consider this a minor update...
  
  I assume that if you want a good quality conversion to any destination profile (tiff, jpeg, dng...), a seirous implementation and a lot of testing is needed.
  
  I would hate that C1 would ship with poorly implemented function. I rather not have an option then having it with poor output.
