Set as capture white balance buttom in LE

Under the white balance tab in LE why is there a camera icon to set the white balance for the next captured image like in PRO if you can't shoot tethered. Is there a trick to making it aplly white balance settings to the next imported image? Thanks.

  Hi Tobin,
  
  Now that is a good question! There really is no purpose as far as I can tell.
  
  However you CAN apply a white balance to all the images whose thumbnails are selected. Preview an image and set the white balance. Next select the other thumbnail images by either pressing and holding the shift key to select all images images in a range from the currently selected image or the command (apple) key to select additional images one by one. Press the \"apply to selected captures\" button (the button that looks like a 35mm slide mount with an arrow pointing into it). The white balance (and other settings from the WB window that you selected) will be applied to all the selected captures.
  
  It doesn't apply during import though. All this is done after the images are imported into the folder

  Thanks Eric. Was wondering if that button even had a purpose like in PRO, was driving me nuts!
