HELP! White lines showing on processed Tiffs

Just installed CaptureOne DB 3.7.2 on a brand new Powermac G5 Dual 2ghz Dual Core machine with 1gig memory. I batch processed several of my product shots and to my surprise large white lines are on the processed tiffs running in a horizontal direction. Not all of the processed images have these white lines. I tried processing again one at a time and have not yet seen the same results using the single process button. Raw files from the preview window show up fine. We proccess to a CMYK profile 8 bit tiff. Oh Yeah, I'm using an H20 on a Hasselblad ELD. This is the first time I have seen this in the 4 years we've had this \"camera set-up\".
I am not sure if the \"Batch Process\" is the culprit. I'm just stating the observations.
