Auto-rotate function with Capture 1 Pro & Canon 1DS Mark

It seems that Capture 1 Pro will not auto-rotate photos taken with the Canon 1DS Mark III even with that preference set on the camera. Lack of this simple capability is a huge waste of time for Capture One's users. Is it possible to auto-rotate those images and, if not, are there plans to make that possible with Capture One Pro version 4? I sincerely hope that upgrade is coming soon. Phase One's development schedule is a true disappointment which seems to threaten the continued popularity of what was once a cutting edge application.
