    Any chance you have contacted the individual or address that provided you the survey?
    Any chance you can access the survey from a Admin machine?
    Any chance you can create a support case and provide the link you are referencing?
    We'll do our best to fix the issue but we can't address what we can't identify!

    The OP is correct, if PO sends out request for a survey, it should work! I get a runtime error on all the browsers I have tried.
    The same error appears on the support page so it's also not possible to open a case?

    Well, I received the same mailing ... but it told me that I was an owner of C1 Express and it wanted feedback on that product. The problem is that I never owned express, just C1 Pro (well, a long while ago I did have C1 3 LE)!

    I received the same email about a Capture One Pro Survey.
    The email is sent by Phase One via noreply@phaseone.com
    When I use the link to participate in the survey, I just get this SERVER ERROR / Runtime Error message:

    I am on a single laptop in a private home.
    If you give me your email address I can forward Phase One's survey email to you.
    I have tried several times to contact Phase One about this SERVER ERROR, but when I have filled in the contact form and try to send it to Phase One I just get another error message, this time an Application Error message. So I'm even not able to contact your company, and furthermore it is not possible to attach any kind of illustration or documentation to the contact formula to begin with, which doesn't make it easier to communicate.
    In general, trying to find informations on Phase One's website, and figure out using the website is unfortunately a time consuming and frustrating experience. The website really needs a brush up both logically and functionally.

    Have had the same problem, however when I followed the link "View it online" I was able to fill in the survey. I.M.H.O. the above question still holds. I have no idea what PO wants to gather from it: For many questions multiple answers apply but I can only tick one 🤓

    I'm on a test drive of CO V6.1 for RAW processing and I like the user interface and work flow much. But this makes me think twice actually purchasing it.

    I got a new one, the old one give my a dead link too, the new one works. But it's for express version , I don't have express.

    I have to agree that the survey (when the link that worked got mailed out 😄 ) was very poorly structured. Some questions needed >1 answer, some needed n/a as an answer and so forth. As someone who has stuck with CaptureOne 5 (what I saw on paper for new stuff in CaptureOne 6 Express hasn't justified the upgrade cost yet IMHO and I can't justify to myself paying for the new toys in the full version) it was difficult to know if the questions were pitched at v6 specifically or talking about 'Capture One Express' in the context of the lesser versions of v5/v6. I'm more than happy to give opinion/feedback if it helps make a better product, but this whole process hasn't been PhaseOne's finest hour.
