Case ID 122238
Hello Phase one. Is there some holidays I am not aware? I posted some comments on a Service ticket on April 22 and have gotten no answer back.

Just a note, I opened a case in the last week, and to have not heard anything. I went to my cases support and found that there was a response, just never not any email notification that they had responded. (even checked my junk folder just in case my system thought it was spam.) May want to take a quick look at your cases. (Reminds me I need to do that again.)

The Support team is quite busy at moment, and regarding holdidays, then yep, friday was a national Danish holiday.
