If my camera is not supported by C1

Hallo,
can You tell me, if my camera is not supported by C1 BUT I can see or import my DNG files etc. is there any different in colors, ICC etc. etc between camera which is supported by C1 (Phase One)?

  If your camera is not supported but you have DNG files, CO8 uses a generic DNG profile. This may not give the best color reproduction of your camera's colors compared a camera specific profile.
