Adobe ACR Feature: "Fill Light" Similar Feature in CO 5.02?

I am looking to edit a raw file in CO 5.02 with a method/feature in Adobe ACR "Fill Light". Is there a similar tool or way to affect the luminance in the same manner in CO 5.02? The "Fill Light" tool in Adobe ACR from what I can tell edits foreground objects, not the entire image like the "Exposure" tool.

  And what about "Black Point", is there a feature that will mimic the "Black Point" adjuster in Adobe ACR?
