Shadow/Highlight Warning Levels

Hello All:

Though I've used C1 for years I just recently started using C1 PRO under Windows which is a little different than Mac with regard these settings. I'm curious to know what settings my fellow PC users are using for the shadow/highlight exposure warning levels?

I'm thinking a highlight setting around 246 would be about right to maintain high value detail, but not sure if using the shadow warning is even that useful; maybe, set it to 7 or 15?
