What exactly do you mean with "united photos"? All photos rated 1 star and above is pretty straight forward.

Unfortunately not possible, I miss this as well. I think C1 does not know something like an "unedited" state.

Seems odd. Does the mk3 show up in the filters section as a separate body?

Re: unedited / edited. You can create a smart album to show all processed (true or false). Would this do it?

    For point 2 ....

In the most recent Filter definition implementation there is a field for "Adjusted" with values "is True" and "is False"

Any variants that are untouched in any way can be found with "is False".

All variants that have have some sort of change recorded for them can be found using "is True".

    HTH.

A quick check on the file information for an image should show whether the camera is reporting its serial number as expected.

I note that "Manual lens body" - a Canon 600D does not report a serial number in C1.

However using Canon's Zoombrowser application (I don't but have it installed on an older computer so could run a quick check) I see a field called "Camera Body No." which looks like it may be intended to be the same thing but is longer than usual.

I would guess that it is possible that Canon have started at some point to populate a new, specific to them, Metadata field and this is not picked up by the C1 process. However that is speculation by me at this time. I have no easy way to check if things are the same for the 5D3 compared to a 5D2.

Is this some beta version of a future release you are talking about? Because in my current installation (8.2.2.8 ) I can't find any field in the filters, smart albums or else called "Adjusted".

    Nope.

    8.2.2

I am running on Windows though. Maybe that is the difference? Although I thought differences, in so far as the MAC/Windows technology differences allow, were being eliminated.

Go to a search option - Browser or Filters - and click on the 3 dots to open the Advanced search definition window.

In the "Search Criteria" section of the window activate the first "Search Criteria" line, click the Up/Down arrows. In the second "section" (Basic) the first option I see is "Adjusted". Select that and then set the values for true or false according to needs.

    That should be it.

If you don't see it ... not sure what to suggest - other than investing in a Windows machine. 😉

Or at least getting access to one to see what I am writing about.

That said the "Adjusted" value may not be all that people would be looking for. I would expect there will be requests for "enhancements" as time passes. There always are.

The "Adjusted" filter options is the way to go as Grant mentioned. However, this is a Windows option only currently, as the Mac version of CO 8.2.2 is mission this option.

I will contact Phase One about this alignment issue.
