I've tried clearing the library ( application support)
is there any other way i can reset or empty out whatever prefs or logs might block C1pro ?0 -
Also cleaned out all the "private" osx logs, such as asl logs, and other logs, in the " /private/var/log/ " Folder,
Now it seems to be working..0 -

In the program (folder), accessible from the Help menu.0 -
Thanks Paul
FYI Double monitor issue is still not solved…0 -
I find it hugely frustration that the Release Notes are not shown with the install file so I can see what I will be getting before I install it.
Sometimes I dont need the extra camera support and I need fixes or changes other times I need the extra camera RAW support.
I'm sure it is not beyond the dev/release team to make the notes available on the download page.
What is in 6.3.5 ?
I have 6.3.4 installed.0 -
From the release notes 6.3.5: 60 day trail
That's all folks.0 -
Release notes link is now fixed. 0 -
Hate the new path to download C! on the website I have been using P1 hardware and software for years why would you make us do more work to get updates? I clicked the link in C1 and had to fill out a form to download the update, makes no sense to force a current user through hoops to update an already paid for product. 0 -
Thanks for fixing the availability of the release notes for 6.3.5
So there is nothing new for current users except the fact that the Trial Period has now been upped to 60days.
Very nice for tempting future customers.0
